Appendicitis is inflammation of the appendix that occurs due to fecalitis, fibrosis, foreign bodies, or neoplasia. Based on WHO data in 2014, appendicitis ranked 8th as cause death and expected continue increase upcoming years. In Southeast Asian region, incidence acute found almost all countries. Indonesia with a prevalence 0.05% ranks first country highest appendicitis. has clinical manifestations form visceral pain felt around umbilicus, which within few hours will move right under McBurney's point, fever, nausea, vomiting result infection. Difficulties diagnosing arise especially pediatric patients, elderly, women reproductive age because symptoms they often overlap other conditions.
